Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated delivery times:

- Canada: 7–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 7–18 business days

Factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak seasons may affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless a free shipping promotion is being offered.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the package has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may contact you for verification. Delays resulting from incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Karnyx Imports is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at trade@karnyximports.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.
